Detailed look at Guideless

I used Guideless to generate some customer support videos. Ordering the service was easy on their site. I uploaded my workflow captures, and the AI transformed them into video guides. This took about a day for the initial draft. The video editing suite allowed for good customization, and I could integrate them into our knowledge base without issues. I also tested the export to PDF feature, which worked well for static instructions. Support was responsive when I had a question about custom branding options. The whole process, from ordering to implementation, was efficient. It works on my Mac, too, which was important.

Quick guides, fast delivery

Needed quick process docs. Guideless delivered. Their screen recording extension was easy to use. Got my automated training videos back fast. Good quality, did the job.

Great value on annual plan

I was looking for a cost-effective way to create software documentation. Guideless popped up. I decided to go with the annual billing after the free trial, and that 20% saving made it a really good deal. The process documentation features were exactly what I needed. For the price I paid, the value was definitely there. Felt worth the investment.

Good tool, some small quirks

I tried Guideless for creating some step-by-step tutorials. The automated training videos were a big plus, saved me a lot of time compared to doing it manually. Delivery of the completed guides was fast. My only minor issue was with the collaborative editing feature; it was a bit less intuitive than I hoped initially. Still, overall, a solid platform for the price.

Always a smooth process

Another great experience with Guideless. I've used their workflow capture tool for a few projects now. This time I needed to generate some internal onboarding guides, and as usual, the process was straightforward. The AI video guides were consistent with what I got before, and the browser extension worked perfectly. Reliability is why I keep coming back.
